Hello! We are Helen and Alex, the founders of ‘True Stories’, a photo booth renting company in New York.

Helen is a professional wedding and event photographer who is always on shoots, especially on weekends and Alex is an engineer working in an office five days a week. The idea to start the photo booth business came to Helen during a shoot, and Alex fully supported her. We decided to start this business to spend more time together because family fot us is the most important thing in life.

However, we quickly realized that a photo booth is not just a business — it’s an opportunity for hosts and guests to preserve memories of an event, and that brings joy to people. To provide your guests with the best experience, we’ve invested in the latest technology, blending the best of both worlds—physical photo strips and digital photos, GIFs, boomerangs, and much more.

We primarily work in New York, but if you’re located in a nearby state within 100 miles, we’d be happy to travel to your event. We work as a team, but if we can’t both attend, one of us will definitely be there to ensure we offer the highest level of service to every client.
